Tarja in Blue

well, i am certainly on a roll right now. i'm in a very artistic mood. this is a little bit of a different style for me. i've been experimenting. i decided not to use the smudge tool at all on this, and i like the results.

it is, of course, Tarja. its completely free hand. no grid was used, so there are some things that are off.
