perplexed

okay, so, this might sound a little bit like whining, and i hate to do that, i really do because whining is so kind of pathetic and irritating.....but....why is it that the only things in my gallery that get a lot of attention from my watchers are my Tarja related works? i mean, don't get me wrong, i love Tarja to death, and i really enjoy drawing her, but i feel like i've become 'that girl that does the Tarja comics.'

well, i draw a lot of other things, too. and i enjoy drawing other things, and i put just as much effort, if not more, into my other works, and its just sometimes frustrating to only get feedback on the comics, because, really, they take about 30 minutes or less to make.

there are some pieces in my gallery that i really love and put a lot of effort into that get almost no attention because they aren't Tarja.  

and to those people who comment on everything (you know who you are) i really appreciate it

anyway, it might be a while before there are any more Tarja works. my tablet is acting up again, so i am sketching a lot, but the sketches are NOT of Tarja, so...yeah. it will be non-Tarja related stuff for a while.

also, i know that it is a little hypocritical for me to be asking for more comments because i am pretty bad about commenting, but i do try.  classes have started again, and its really hard to get through all the deviations and journals because i am now watching enough people that i have over 50 deviations in my in-box everyday, and i simply don't have time to go through them all.  i try really hard to comment on the stuff of my loyal watcher (again, you know who you are). i also have to say, i tend to not look at deviations if the person has uploaded like, more than 5 or 6 at a time. like sometimes, i'll go through and see that one person has uploaded 25 deviation in a day and it just kind of irritates me because if they aren't really varied pieces, i just run out of things to say.  

so yeah, that's the end of my little rant
